SF Bay Area Rotary invites Vicky Martinez Rios de Santoyo

Vicky Santoyo spent few days in the SF Bay Area visiting local Rotary clubs and sharing stories about the BECA program. Every year Comunidad provides scholarships (BECA) for nearly 300 students from middle school through university. This program has grown dramatically over the past 10 years and it is the single most beneficial program in Comunidad's history.
